Description
Underground stormwater storage solutions are becoming more and more desirable with the increasing value of commercially developed land. Prinsco will provide an overview of the design and installation of the underground HydroStor stormwater chamber system at the Cerebral Palsy Aquatic Center in Allouez, WI.
Topics that will be discussed include:
- Product capabilities and features
- Modeling and sizing of underground storage system
- Chamber system design and layout overview
- Installation requirements including excavation, foundation, placement, backfilling and compaction
- Service life and maintenance requirements
Prinsco is a manufacturer of corrugated HDPE and PP pipe with a focus on providing stormwater management solutions as well as serving the agricultural and residential drainage industries.
Speaker bio: Samantha Byer is an Application Engineer at Prinsco. She has been part of the Prinsco family for 2 years providing technical/design support the commercial/residential stormwater market. Samantha received her degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering at North Dakota State University.
Jason Ahrenholz, P.E. is an Engineering Manager for Prinsco with over 8 years in the Civil/Construction Industry. Jason’s area of focus is structural and hydraulic performance analysis of buried structures.
