About Us

Since 1995, Professional Engineering Services (PES) has been providing comprehensive engineering and construction support services for complex transportation projects. We are innovative, skilled professionals who are driven by a common purpose: we want to perform good work, always. As an established Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firm, we want to add value to a project and bring perspectives of experience and familiarity to construction. We are a certified Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and approved for federal construction work. We are also a Targeted Business Enterprise (TGB) in Minnesota. In addition to engineering support services, we also provide video production, driver behavior safety services, geometrics design support, ADA design and construction support services, document management, schedule review and other project controls services. Our construction support team most notably include grading and bridge observation, concrete and bituminous paving support, quality control and environmental compliance services. We are educators and training specialists; we can assist in creating or enhancing educational resources for your staff or clients.
