Thank you for your interest in serving as a judge for the ACEC Minnesota Engineering Excellence Awards. The judging panel is a cross-sector, independent group that evaluates consulting engineering projects submitted by Minnesota firms. Judging takes place Wednesday, November 18, 2026.
Who can serve. Judges come from outside consulting engineering: public agencies, academia, construction, utilities, and private owners and developers. Employees of consulting engineering firms are not eligible, since those firms compete in this program.
Independence is the foundation of the program. You will be asked to identify any firms or projects you are connected to, and to recuse yourself from anything where a conflict exists. Judges must also keep all submission materials confidential.
The form takes about ten minutes. ACEC Minnesota uses this information only to select and contact judges. We do not share it outside the awards selection process.
