Matthew is a member of the American Concrete Institute committees ACI 362 Parking Structures\, ACI 546 Repair of Concrete\, ACI 563 Specifications for Repair of Structural Concrete in Buildings\, and the International Concrete Repair Institute committee 110 Guide Specifications.
