A former practicing attorney\, she earned her master's in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and taught resilience skills to soldiers and their families as part of the Army's Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness program.\n\n\n\nPaula is the author of Beating Burnout at Work and Lead Well\, both recognized by the Next Big Idea Club. She has delivered programs at institutions including Harvard Law\, Stanford\, and Wharton Executive Education\, and her work has appeared in The New York Times\, The Washington Post\, and O\, The Oprah Magazine.
