• The Primary Sponsor gets a booth at the front of the room by the stage.
• Booths are included for all sponsorship levels and are shown on the exhibitor map.

•  Exhibitor booths consist of a 6 foot skirted table and display space
• Seminar Registration, continental breakfast, and lunch for two individuals per table
• Two bottled waters will be available at the booth per exhibitor
• Each exhibitor is allowed a 30 second promotional opportunity in front of attendees, to introduce self and company (please limit to one person).
• Over two hours of interaction time with seminar attendees during breakfast, lunch, two breaks between sessions, and during the social hour following the sessions.
