Note that the bridge across from plant will likely be down for construction all summer. You will need to come up or down Marshall St NE (Great River Road on some maps). At the security gate (circled on the map above) will direct folks towards the softening plant to park and meet the tour guides.

- No PPE required, tour will require lots of walking so please wear comfortable shoes!
- All attendees must have a photo ID with them to go on the tour
