Description
What does it take to be an effective mentor or coach? We tend to believe that as you manage more people you automatically become a more effective mentor or coach. Nothing could be further from the truth! Management skills are different than the skills needed to mentor and coach others for peak performance. If you are leading or managing others, you won’t want to miss this presentation.
Join Cheryl as she clarifies the differences between managers and coaches and give you the tools you need to more effectively manage and coach. You will leave with a clear idea of our strengths and opportunities to more effectively mentor and coach others.
Who should attend: Anyone currently in a leadership role interested in practical tools and programs to advance the talent in their organization. Anyone interested in understanding how they might use mentoring to manage and advance their career.
***Cheryl’s book, “A Structured Mentoring Process” will be available for purchase at the event.*****
