You will explore the pros and cons of building your business organically, as well as discover the merits and drawbacks of buying a competitor or purchasing a complementary business. We’ll pinpoint your individual business’s growth objectives and thoroughly examine the costs of growth. Learn ideal ways to grow your business, including:

Presenter:
John Edson, CPA/ABV/CFF, CMA, CVA has been with BPKZ for over 30 years, becoming the firm’s president in 2014. He advises clients on accounting, auditing and tax services that help them reap the benefits and rewards of their work. As a CPA accredited in business valuation (ABV) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), John leads the firm’s Business Valuation department and prepares business valuations for purposes of buying or selling a business, gift and estate purposes, buy/sell agreements, purchase price allocations and intangible asset impairment testing or shareholder disputes. John also consults in the area of merger and acquisitions and provides due diligence services.
