The definition of communication is the activity of conveying information through the exchange of thoughts, messages, or information, through speech, visuals, signals, writing, or behavior. It is the meaningful exchange of information between two or more living creatures. Seems simple right? Why then does communication scare so many of us; public speaking, putting together the client proposal, and that next interview that can cause you to win or lose that prospect. Come to this morning seminar we’ll help you develop the skills necessary to effectively communicate in a variety of mediums. Be it public speaking, writing or going through the interview process, this program addresses each of these important aspects of the communication process.

Writing a Winning Proposal – Marlene Johnson
How you write matters. A winning proposal must do more than simply present information about who you are and what you do. It must convince your readers that you understand their needs as well as they do and you have the best solution. If you struggle with writing proposals that are clear, concise, and memorable, this session will give you strategies for getting the results you want.
