Executive Leaders
Employee Recruiting/Retention Summit
ACEC/MN member firms face increasing competition in recruiting and retaining talented and qualified staff to power their workforce. The U.S. Commerce Department projects that employment in STEM related fields will increase by 17% over the next decade, nearly twice the rate of other occupations. However, bachelor’s degrees earned in the United States in STEM fields are projected to be far below the number needed to fill this future need.
With the coming shortage of employees, what can you do to make your firm more attractive to potential employees and more importantly, how do you keep them once you have them? Attend this summit with an expert panel that will assist your firm in being competitive today and into the future.
