Description

Contributions are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes. The price of a ticket is considered a contribution to ACEC/PAC and will be used for political purposes. Partnership and sole proprietorship checks are permitted, however, federal law prohibits contributions from general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organizations or national banks (including corporate or other business entity credit cards), from any person contributing another's funds, from a Federal government contractor, or from a foreign national who lacks permanent resident status. Contributions will be screened and those from outside the restricted class (non-members) and those from individuals who have not given prior approval will be returned. Contributions are voluntary and you have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal.  Amounts herein are merely suggestions; the amount given, or refusal to give, will not result in a benefit or disadvantage to an individual. Federal election law requires political committees to use best efforts to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 during a calendar year. An individual may not contribute more than a total of $5000 per calendar year to the committee.
