Speaker(s): Tom Losey is Partner with the Boulay Accounting Firm, active with ACEC, and a frequent speaker on financial and Board level topics. Eric Allen is also a Partner with the Boulay Firm, and is a leading expert in ESOP related topics. He recently spoke to the National ESOP Conference on the topic of Repurchase Obligation Management. Both Tom and Eric have many years of experience serving ESOP Companies and Engineering firms and will bring some best practices to the discussion.
