Description
National State of Practice from Around the Country
Project delivery methods have evolved to deal with the many ways in which contracting services differ, from the traditional stipulated price/general contract to the development of alternative financing and procurement methods. Some of these included P3 models, Construction Manager @ Risk (CM/GC) and Design Build. Each delivery method has its advantages and disadvantages, and it is the role of the professional engineering team to ensure that their client is protected and project needs are met. Hear from industry experts and learn more about the different alternative methods being utilized in Minnesota and around the country.
