The City of St. Paul and the St. Paul Port Authority will be joining us for our November monthly meeting to share what is new and exciting in our Capital City. Join us to learn more about:

Presenter Bio(s):
Lee Krueger, St. Paul Port Authority Lee Krueger began with the Saint Paul Port Authority in 2012 and was promoted to president in 2016. Lee brings to this role 30+ years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. Lee earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Moorhead State University and master’s degree in planning from the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota. Lee also holds a real estate broker’s license in Minnesota. He is also actively involved Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Association and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Kathryn (Kat) Sarnecki, St. Paul Port Authority Kat joined Saint Paul Port Authority in 2013. In her role as vice president or redevelopment and harbor management, Kat is focused on maintaining a thriving harbor system in Saint Paul and cleaning contaminated sites to ready them for successful development. Kat brings to this role 10 years of experience as an environmental engineer consultant. She holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Washington University and an M.S. in environmental engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champagne. Kat is certified as a Professional Engineer in Minnesota.
Jonathan Sage-Martinson, City of Saint Paul, Minnesota Appointed by the Mayor, Jonathan serves as the Director of the Department of Planning and Economic Development. This department has operating budget of nearly $10 million, a program budget of over $60 million, and a staff of 72. He also serves as the Executive Director of the City’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority. His responsibilities include overall direction, management, oversight, and coordination of the City’s planning, housing, and economic development functions.
