Description
The Generational Equation
Four careers. Four generations. One industry.
Presented by ACEC/MN Women In Engineering (WIE)
Every generation leaves its mark on our industry but what happens when they come together to compare perspectives?
This panel features four professionals, each representing a different generation in today's workforce, who will share the defining moments, challenges, and opportunities that shaped their careers. From shifting workplace expectations to evolving leadership styles and the changing face of our industry, the conversation will uncover both the contrasts and the common threads across generations.
Attendees will gain fresh insights into how generations can collaborate more effectively, along with practical strategies for leading multigenerational teams. The conversation will also spark inspiration for how we can shape the future of our industry together, building on both the contrasts and the common ground across generations.
