Learn about the latest changes to lobbyist registration rules with MN Campaign Finance Board Executive Director Jeff Sigurdson and ACEC/MN lobbyists Tom Poul and Courtney Jasper.
Over the last few years there have been expanded rules for registering as a lobbyist at the legislature to try to increase transparency around interactions with local governments. These changes may require ACEC/MN members to register as lobbyists for their work with local governments.
