Description
Resiliency: Habits of Body & Mind that Sustain Us
Burned out? Stressed out? Tired too often to enjoy the things you really like? We are not going to talk about ‘balance’ or other things to add to your to-do lists. Instead, we are going to take time out and consider a few habits that add the joy back to work and to life. You will take away:
- How to tell if a situation is truly toxic or you just need to “vent”
- A few simple changes in your body that power you up right away
- Resiliency at every stage of a woman’s life – it changes
Presenter: Wendy Nemitz, M.A., After leaving the marketing firm she founded 25 years before, Wendy is currently exploring how to develop resilience and greatness in individuals, communities and companies. That is where her masters degree in leadership and the certification she is currently earning, that of Master Herbalist, intersect. She facilitates retreats and tough conversations, teaches communication, sales and leadership skills, and occasionally emcees the awards banquet for ACECMN. She is also a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder coach. Wendy can be reached at wendy@wendnemitz.com or 651 274-6461 or @IngeniusWendy.
