The Future Doesn't Wait. Neither Do Leaders.
Built to Lead is ACEC Minnesota’s new women’s leadership program, created to bring together professionals across the engineering industry for a day focused on leadership, advancement, connection, and practical insight. The program is designed to support women at different stages of their careers. The event is a full day of content and conversation for leaders and emerging professionals alike.

Keynote Speakers:
Paula Davis
JD, MAPP

Paula Davis, JD, MAPP, is the founder and CEO of the Stress & Resilience Institute, where she has spent over 15 years helping leaders reduce burnout and build resilient, thriving teams. A former practicing attorney, she earned her master’s in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and taught resilience skills to soldiers and their families as part of the Army’s Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness program.
Paula is the author of Beating Burnout at Work and Lead Well, both recognized by the Next Big Idea Club. She has delivered programs at institutions including Harvard Law, Stanford, and Wharton Executive Education, and her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and O, The Oprah Magazine.
