Description
The ACEC/MN Young Professionals group is hosting a PD session about intergeneration communication. The talk will be hosted by two speakers, Bryan Brashear, a client development leader for the power sector with 30 years in the industry, and Sanvisna Kogelen, an acoustician with 10 years in the industry and a master’s in technology management. They will discuss the trends and challenges with communication across generations and highlight strategies young professionals can use to improve their communication with other generations to set themselves apart in the workplace.
