Selected speakers register for the conference at the regular rate. Technical and panel speakers do not receive honoraria.

Speakers are responsible for their own travel and lodging.

Final presentation materials are due by the date stated in the speaker confirmation.

Sessions may be recorded. ACEC Minnesota may distribute session materials after the conference unless the speaker opts out at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation after the date set by the Program Subcommittee may affect consideration of future submissions.

The information in this submission is accurate, and every listed speaker has agreed to present.

If this proposal is accepted for presentation at the 2027 Minnesota Transportation Conference, I confirm that the primary presenter and approved co-presenter(s) will be available to present at any time assigned during the conference dates. I understand that scheduling preferences cannot be guaranteed.

If this proposal is accepted for presentation at the 2027 Minnesota Transportation Conference, I understand that all presenters must purchase conference registration within 30 days of the acceptance notification. Completing registration confirms the presentation slot. If registration is not completed within 30 days, the presentation may be removed from the program and the slot may be offered to another proposal.
