Rick joined Hallberg Engineering in 1998 as a mechanical engineer, bringing knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems. Over the years, he took on increasing leadership responsibilities, including managing the Mechanical and Commissioning departments and later leading business development. His leadership and expertise eventually led him to serve as CEO and co-owner of Hallberg.
Throughout his career, Rick has been instrumental in Hallberg’s growth and has built lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners across the engineering community. He has also been highly involved with local organizations and charities. As CEO, he continued to bring his expertise, leadership, and commitment to the people around him, helping shape the company we are today.
