Dan Weston, PE, SE has joined Stantec, a global leader in sustainable design and engineering, as Senior Structural Engineer and Team Lead in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Throughout Weston’s career, he has demonstrated a sustained trajectory of innovation and leadership.
Weston has 36 years of professional engineering experience in both the public and private sectors. He is an expert in structural building design and construction collaboration. Weston has a comprehensive understanding of design standards and codes. He is effective in establishing long-term client relationships based on integrity and cost-effective solutions.
Weston holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota-Grand Forks. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Minnesota, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. He is a registered Structural Engineer in Hawai’i, Illinois, Idaho, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Utah. Weston is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Member, and American Concrete Council (ACI).
