Daniel Sandoval, PE - Named Gausman & Moore President and CEO

Gausman & Moore has named Daniel Sandoval, PE as President and CEO. Gausman & Moore (G&M) has announced that its board of directors unanimously named Daniel Sandoval, PE, as the firm’s new President, effective January 1, 2021.

Sandoval joined G&M in 2018 and is also the Chief Visionary and Managing Principal of our Los Angeles, CA office. In a very short time, Sandoval has significantly increased the revenue and market share for G&M’s west coast presence. Drive, tenacity, and vision makes Sandoval a perfect fit to lead G&M. His leadership inspires staff and creates an environment for our staff to build strong relationships with our clients while delivering MEP engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio ranging from commercial, education, institutional, government, hospitality, retail, residential/mixed-use, and sports sectors.

Sandoval is a dynamic executive and has worked as a Managing Principal and Vice President for multi-national, publicly traded engineering firms. Sandoval’s entrepreneurial spirit was evidenced as the Founder/President/CEO of Vertterre Corporation in Albuquerque, NM. During his years running Vertterre the company was twice named one of the 500 fastest growing companies in the United States by INC Magazine. Sandoval was recognized by Latino Magazine as one of the top 100 most influential Hispanic leaders in America. He has seven patents on record for energy efficiency and renewable energy.

“I am honored by the trust the board of directors and my partners have placed in me. I am very proud to be at the helm of this great company and believe Gausman and Moore is perfectly positioned for growth and exceptional financial performance,” said Sandoval.

Sandoval succeeds Edward Studniski, PE who served as G&M’s President since 2011.  Studniski’s duties will shift to Managing Principal of our Twin Cities office and Market Segment Leader for Commercial, Hospitality, and Retail.

“Daniel’s integrity, business acumen, energy, and client focus approach cast a vision that our clients and staff can see and support,” said Studniski.

G&M is celebrating 85 years as a professional mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering design firm improving lives by building communities with offices in Twin Cities, MN and Los Angeles, CA.
