KLJ Hires Five in Saint Paul

SAINT PAUL, Minn.  – August 16, 2022 – KLJ Engineering is proud to welcome five new employees to its Saint Paul office. These new employee-owners will be working in multiple markets across KLJ.

 

Emma Myers-Verhage is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in transportation and a minor in sustainability studies. Myers-Verhage will work as an engineer-in-training I with KLJ’s public works and transportation services team.

 

Dan Rangitsch comes to KLJ with over 12 years of environmental consulting experience and will serve as an environmental specialist IV. Rangitsch earned a bachelor’s degree in geology with a minor in environmental engineering, from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is a Professional Geologist in the state of Minnesota. He is also a certified Asbestos Inspector and Site Supervisor, as well as Lead Risk Assessor/Inspector in multiple states.

 

Jason Gabriel also comes to KLJ as a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota Duluth and serving as an engineering intern for the City of Apple Valley. Gabriel earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and will work as an engineer-in-training I with KLJ’s public works and transportation team.

 

Joining KLJ’s structural team, in Saint Paul, is Thao Truong. He will work as an engineer-in-training II. Truong earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Structural Engineering from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He is also a member of the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

 

Blake Wilcox comes to KLJ as a government relations specialist II. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and has extensive knowledge of housing and capital investment policy in the Minnesota legislature.
