KLJ Welcomes Five Team Members in Minnesota

Bismarck, ND  – July 03, 2024 –   

KLJ Engineering LLC (KLJ), welcomes new employees Joshua Clark, Mustafa Dahir, Eli Powell, Sophie Seligman and Irene Viveros. 

 

Clark joins KLJ as a senior transportation engineer. He is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project design and management. His experience includes 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling, project coordination, corridor alternatives, and coordinating proposals. He earned his bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of North Dakota and is a licensed professional engineer in Minnesota.  

 

Dahir is a civil engineer joining the transportation team in Eagan, Minn. He has more than two years of experience in transportation engineering, structural analysis, surveying, hydrology, geotechnical engineering, reinforced concrete, environmental engineering, and engineering economics. He earned his bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of North Dakota.  

 

Powell joins KLJ’s public engagement and proposals team as a transportation planner in St. Louis Park, Minn. They bring more than three years’ experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to KLJ, including data collection, management, and visualization. Powell earned their master’s degree in city and regional planning with emphasis in transportation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

 

Seligman joins the transportation team at KLJ as a civil engineer. She brings more than two years of experience in transportation engineering design, contributing to key projects, and developing expertise in ADA standards, construction supervision, and transportation planning. She earned her bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota. 

 

Viveros joins the communications team as a marketing and communications specialist in Eagan, Minn. She brings more than six years of digital marketing and communications experience to KLJ. She uses her expertise in visual and written communication to enhance brand visibility and community engagement and facilitate internal and external communications. Viveros earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and digital media from Southern New Hampshire University.
