KLJ Welcomes Three Employees in Minnesota

Bismarck, ND –​ September 11, 2025 –  
 
KLJ Engineering LLC (KLJ) welcomes three employees to their Minnesota team. Will Arendt, Natalie VanNurden, and Bryan Zhang are the latest new hires



Arendt joins the Transportation team as a civil engineer based out of Eagan, Minn. He has three years of experience in the construction and engineering fields. His experience includes field inspections, utility construction, and municipal infrastructure projects. Arendt earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato. 



VanNurden joins the survey team as a survey technician based in Annandale, Minn. Her experience in land surveying, civil engineering, and construction inspection. She has supported fieldwork involving staking for roadways and alleyways, including blue topping and offset staking. She holds land surveying and civil engineering from St. Cloud Technical and Community College. 



Zhang joins KLJ’s Transportation team in Eagan, Minn. as a civil engineer. Zhang is a civil engineer with experience in transportation infrastructure, inspections, and asset management. He has worked on projects involving SWPPP inspections, structural concrete testing, and supporting transit and light rail projects. Zhang earned his bachelor’s degree in applied science in civil engineering from the University of Waterloo.
