SEH Acquires RAM USA, Expanding Facility and Infrastructure Assessment Capabilities

[October 3, 2023 – St. Paul, Minnesota] – Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH^®), a national employee-owned engineering and architecture firm, announces the acquisition of assets from RAM USA, widely recognized for its groundbreaking patented technology for facility and infrastructure assessment. This pivotal move increases SEH’s service offerings and reinforces SEH’s commitment to leveraging technology for improved facility and infrastructure solutions.
 
RAM USA, now RAM Companies, LLC, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of SEH. Recognized as a Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Synergy Preferred Supplier in the United States, RAM has been honored twice with the esteemed JLL Supplier of Distinction Award for Innovation. As an SEH company, RAM Companies will offer an extensive suite of assessment, planning, engineering, and architectural services to clients.
