Khan Earns PE in Three States


SAINT PAUL, Minn.  –  December 15, 2021 – Oz Khan, a transportation engineer and planner, in KLJ’s Saint Paul office, has earned his professional engineering license (PE) in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana. He previously earned his PE license in Minnesota.


His experience includes traffic modeling, traffic impact studies, traffic forecasting, traffic operations and safety analysis, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analysis, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, speed studies, noise analysis, pavement management, asset management, and advanced statistical analysis.


He has earned a master’s degree in urban and regional planning and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, both from Minnesota State University-Mankato in Mankato. He is a member of the North Central Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (NCITE), American Planning Association (APA), and Minnesota GIS/LIS Consortium.
