Presenter: Emily Wert Brainerd, Wellness and Engagement Consultant with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., specializes in working with employers to develop, implement, and evaluate strategic business plans that promote and foster continued improvement in the health and wellbeing of companies and their workforces. She works under the premise that the total wellbeing of a company is closely connected to the total wellbeing of each of the employees. With a focus on cultural changes within the workplace and an underlying vision of helping employees adopt healthy long-term behaviors, Emily has helped organizations build award winning and engaging worksite wellbeing programs.
