Mentoring has become a successful strategy within organizations as a component of development, retention and succession planning. But there always seems to be more questions than answers. Whether you are the mentee, the mentor or establishing a mentoring program for your organization, this session will focus on understanding the practical considerations in developing, implementing and evaluating a successful mentoring program.
