Join the ACEC/MN Emerging Professionals for a FREE Leadership Development Presentation!
Projects; An Owner’s Perspective: This seminar is intended to provide younger engineers and project managers and opportunity to learn first-hand what challenges owners face related to public and private projects and how we as consulting engineers can best support their efforts. Presentations will focus on how owners develop, manage and execute projects and what expectations are placed on consultant project managers to ensure delivery and the expectations of the owner are met. Topics may include: initial planning efforts, asset management, project funding, consultant team selection, relationship with consultant PM, owner management of projects and consultant teams and more.
