Description
There are instances where projects will benefit from ground improvement with a rigid admixture or confining material. Your poor soils may be too soft or the loads just too high for crushed aggregate alone.
You will learn about the Geopier technologies that use rigid confining materials to increase load-carrying capacity; your local Twin Cities Geopier engineer will walk you through these techniques so that you can design and build normal foundations, floor slabs, embankments, etc. with confidence.
Speaker(s): Charles Allgood, P.E., LEED AP – Principal with Ground Improvement Engineering
